"liking", adding the Service, linking your account to the Service or similar methods, that a third party may pass certain
information about your use of its service to HTM, including, without limitation the user ID associated with your account
(for example, your Facebook UID), any information that you have permitted the third party to share with us including contacts
or "Friends", and any information you have made public in connection with that service. If you allow us access to your friends
list, your friends’ user IDs, and your connection to those friends, may be used and stored to make your experience of the Service
more accurate and efficient or to improve the Service;
(j) Information that third parties (such as other proprietors) provide to us when you use our services,
including information about the purchases you make;
(k) Information from and about the devices you use to access our services, including attributes such as the
operating system, hardware version, device settings, file and software names, types, battery and signal strength, device identifiers,
device locations, specific geographic locations (such as GPS, Bluetooth, WiFi signals), connection information such as the name of
your mobile operator or ISP, browser type, language, time zone, mobile phone number and IP address.
2.2. Information We Collect. Our deep search continuously crawls the web and extracts names, locations, age,
images, facts and other relevant information from general web documents, personal profiles, public records, phone directories,
blogs, news articles, scientific publications and many other types of pages; this data is then processed and indexed so it can
be searched by our users. We aim to provide the most comprehensive results when our users search, source, evaluate and manage
talent profiles. Being a talent sourcing engine (like Google or Bing), we help users find links to information that is publicly
available on the Internet. We do not own this information nor can we delete or modify it - we simply find and index what is publicly
available to anyone on the Internet. Understanding the potential sensitivity of people's data makes privacy a very important
issue for us, we only link to/show information that is already available on public web pages.
(a) Traffic and usage information generated from your visit to the Service, including traffic data, logs,
pages you visit, your device’s unique device identifier, mobile network, browser information, operating system, IP address,
cookie information, the type of device that you use to access the Service, and any other communication data arising from your
access and use of the Service;
(b) In connection with your visit or use of the Service, we may automatically collect information about our
users, such as the numbers and frequency of users and their characteristics and information about similar groups of users,
certain age groups or users that live in a particular geographical area. This data is only used in the aggregate as a statistical
measure and not in a manner that would identify you personally. Aggregate information generally is collected through the use of

(c) Information from public databases and third parties;

This information may include, for example, personal contacts and address book and is collected only after the user authorizes
the additional access permission. This information is displayed only to the user from whom the data is collected and is
not shared with other users. The additional access permission is used solely for the purpose of providing the user with
optional features within the Service. All other features which don't require additional access can still be used without
enabling this permission.
If you don't want us to collect this information do not download the Services or delete it from your devices
or do not enable the features of the Service that require additional access permission. We also may use similar technologies
to collect information about your activities over time and across third-party websites,
apps or other online services (behavioral tracking).

personnel, including those of our contractors, service providers, subsidiaries and affiliates, may have access to user
information as necessary in the normal course of our business.
5.5. Business Transfers. In some cases, we may choose to buy or sell assets, or have engaged in
discussions with a buyer or other successor in the event of a merger, divestiture, restructuring, reorganization, dissolution
or other sale or transfer of some or all of our assets, whether as a going concern or as part of bankruptcy, liquidation or
similar proceeding, in which personal information held by us about our Service users is among the assets transferred. In
these types of transactions, user information is typically one of the business assets that is transferred. Moreover, if
the Service or HTM, or substantially all of its assets, were acquired, liquidated, or dissolved, user information would
be one of the assets that is transferred.
5.6. Government, Law Enforcement or Third Parties. We may disclose any information, including,
without limitation, Personal Information that we deem necessary, in our sole discretion and without your prior permission,
to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request. We also may exchange information,
including, without limitation, Personal Information, with other companies and organizations to protect the rights, property,
or safety of HTM and its affiliates, personnel, users, third parties, or others. We reserve the right to disclose a user’s
Personal Information if we believe, in good faith, that the user is in violation of the Terms of Service, even without a
subpoena, warrant or other court order.
5.7. Social Media Networks. We may include applications or widgets from social media networks
that allow interaction or content sharing by their users. These widgets, such as a Facebook “Share” or “Like” button,
are visible to you on the web page you visit. Integration between the Service and social media networks such as Facebook,
Twitter and others may allow social media networks in which you participate to collect information about you, even when
you do not explicitly activate the network’s application or widget. Please visit the applicable social media network’s
policy of the social media network controls the collection, use and disclosure of all personal information transmitted
to that network.
5.8. Push Notifications. We may occasionally send you push notifications through our mobile
applications to send you updates and other Service related notifications that may be of importance to you. You may at
any time opt-out from receiving these types of communications by turning them off at the device level through your settings.

7.1. Security Measures. We have put in place physical, electronic, and managerial procedures designed
to help prevent unauthorized access, to maintain data security, and to use correctly the information we collect online. These
safeguards vary based on the sensitivity of the information that we collect and store. The safety and security of your information
also depends on you. Where we have given you (or where you have chosen) a password for access to certain parts of the Service, you

7.2. Information security. We work hard to protect HTM and our users from unauthorized access to or
unauthorized alteration, disclosure or destruction of information we hold. In particular, (i) we encrypt our services using SS;
(ii) we review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against
unauthorized access to systems; and (iii) we restrict access to personal information to HTM employees, contractors and agents
who need to know that information in order to process it for us, and who are subject to strict contractual confidentiality
obligations and may be disciplined or terminated if they fail to meet these obligations. We take the protection of your personal
data serious and will continuously use appropriate technical and organizational measures, to protect your personal data against
unauthorized or unlawful processing and against accidental loss, destruction or damage. However, because no IT system can be
100% secured, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any personal data we may have collected from or about you.
7.3. No Security Guarantees. Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the internet and
mobile platforms is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee

You also are subject to United States export controls in connection with your use of the Service and are responsible
for any violations of such controls, including, without limitation, any United States embargoes or other federal
