Today we are thrilled to announce The Intelligent Talent Pipeline tool – truly a single, consolidated solution for the top of the recruiting funnel. This is an industry-first innovation and promised to substantially change the way talent sourcing and recruiting is done!
Most recruiters use a variety of sourcing tools and online platforms in an attempt to gain a competitive edge when it comes to attracting and pipelining top talent. On the one hand, it is great to have so many tools and so many specialized online communities where talented professionals congregate. On the other hand, this proliferation of tools and disperate online platforms creates a top of funnel that looks like Minnesota in the springtime from an airplane – isolated talent pools for as far as the eye can see. This adds complexity and inefficiency to the daily work of us recruiters, and reduces the available time we have to spend with candidates.
With this talent sourcing tool, we aim to reduce the burden and the risk of building a talent pipeline.
Here’s how it works.
With this release, Hiretual adds the capability to import (through file upload or direct API) stale past applicant profiles from your Applicant Tracking Sysytem (ATS). Then, using Hiretual’s proprietary data fusion technology, those past applicant profiles are refreshed and enriched with data from across the entire open web. What is created is a private talent pool against which you can source candidates for all your roles. And these past applicants, who have demonstrated an interest in working for your organization, are now resurrected and accessible for your searches!
When combined with Hiretual’s open web AI talent sourcing capability and imported candidates from other sources, you have a single talent pipeline tool that predictably and scalable delivers the candidates you need to meet your hiring objectives and reliably converts them into your hiring process.
You can even import your active applicant pipeline and let the Hiretual AI engine show you how they stack up against passive candidates and past applicants.
As always, we prioritize maintaining an intuitive user experience, and to make it easy for our community of fans to take full advantage of this new capability, we have made a couple of minor changes to the UI of Hiretual Pro.
First, the Candidates page is now called the Talent Pools page. We have made it easy to navigate between candidates sourced from the open web, imported candidates, and candidates rediscovered from your ATS.
We have also made it easy within any of your projects to easily explore candidates from each data source, and your consolidated pipeline overall, including AI recommended talent for each of your sourcing tasks.
We believe that this latest innovation will unlock new efficiencies and a new way of identifying, engaging, and pipelining the best-fit talent for your roles.
