Over the past two decades, there have been a handful of innovations that changed entire industries.
In 2007, former Apple CEO Steve Jobs changed the phone industry with the iPhone. Ten years later, Tesla CEO Elon Musk changed the automotive industry with the Tesla Model 3. While those innovations might seem tough to top, Hiretual looks forward to changing the recruitment industry with its latest product releases for January.
Each year, there are about 2.5 million research papers and patents published around the world. With all of the publications, industries, locations, and topics that exist, trying to find candidates based on their research might feel like Mission Impossible. Well, we have a tool, “should you choose to accept it,” that will help you (tom) cruise through your sourcing endeavors.
With Hiretual’s Scholar Sourcing, recruiters can easily find candidates based on their published work. With access to a talent pool of over 113 million candidates and more than 300-industry specific topics, recruiters can filter based on industries, citations, dates, publications, and more.
As we like to say, there’s nothing sweeter than integrations with G-suite. By downloading our Chrome extension, you will have access to our newest features, including our Gmail Assistant.
With Gmail Assistant, recruiters can selectively track candidate outreach and set reminders to re-engage talent. They can also use sequences and templates created in Hiretual without leaving their Gmail account.
Google Chrome Extension Update: Similar Candidates
Companies like Netflix and Spotify realized something crucial when they began suggesting content based on user preferences: recommendations make life a lot easier. We’ve taken that same concept and applied it to our candidate searches. When you open up a candidate on your Chrome extension, you can see up to three similar candidates based on matching skill sets, locations, companies, titles, and more. This will be especially useful in identifying candidates based on your ideal persona, especially if your initial preference is unavailable to hire.
Google Chrome Extension Update: Contact Search
In addition to enriching your Google searches with candidate information, we’ve created a unique search bar specifically for finding candidates. Within the Chrome extension, recruiters can type in the name, job title, location and/or company of a candidate and find them on the open web.
Added Flexibility In Sharing Notes
Remember secretly passing notes to your friends in class? Well, we’ve taken that to a whole new level. Within specific projects, confidentiality and information security are paramount. We’ve made it so project owners can now decide the privacy setting on their notes. They can choose to share them with specific team members or make them accessible to everyone. By doing so, teams can ensure that project and candidate information stays safe and secure.
Average Market Value Outside of the U.S.
With remote work becoming more prevalent, there’s an incredible opportunity to source for candidates outside of the United States. However, it’s not easy to keep track of the market value of certain positions outside of your locality, let alone in a different country. Hiretual wants to clear up the confusion by providing you with the average market value of candidates outside of the U.S., starting with European countries and India. While we will continue to expand, you can now begin to approach how to pay global talent.
