As we like to say, there’s nothing sweeter than integrations with G-suite. By downloading our Chrome extension, you will have access to our newest features, including our Gmail Assistant.
With Gmail Assistant, recruiters can selectively track candidate outreach and set reminders to re-engage talent. They can also use sequences and templates created in Hiretual without leaving their Gmail account.

Companies like Netflix and Spotify realized something crucial when they began suggesting content based on user preferences: recommendations make life a lot easier. We’ve taken that same concept and applied it to our candidate searches. When you open up a candidate on your Chrome extension, you can see up to three similar candidates based on matching skill sets, locations, companies, titles, and more. This will be especially useful in identifying candidates based on your ideal persona, especially if your initial preference is unavailable to hire.

Remember secretly passing notes to your friends in class? Well, we’ve taken that to a whole new level. Within specific projects, confidentiality and information security are paramount. We’ve made it so project owners can now decide the privacy setting on their notes. They can choose to share them with specific team members or make them accessible to everyone. By doing so, teams can ensure that project and candidate information stays safe and secure.

With remote work becoming more prevalent, there’s an incredible opportunity to source for candidates outside of the United States. However, it’s not easy to keep track of the market value of certain positions outside of your locality, let alone in a different country.
