A recent article by Medill Reports Chicago dives into how Artificial Intelligence in recruiting has managed to keep this industry from becoming increasingly time and labor intensive.

Unemployment rates are at a five-decade low, and employers are struggling to find new talents that are not already employed. AI recruiting is stepping in to make it easier for recruiters to reach larger talent pools quickly. Medill Reports Chicago spoke to Hiretual users who expressed how AI recruiting widens their reach and speeds up the delivery of qualified candidates.

Hiretual is already multitasking enough, so I feel like it has cut my work by more than 50 percent.
