Today, we’ve launched ATS/CRM Rediscovery to help you consolidate all your candidates sourced from different channels in one place.
Rediscovery will allow you to import (through file upload or direct API) stale past applicant profiles from your ATS or CRM.
Then, using Hiretual’s proprietary data fusion technology, those past applicant profiles are refreshed and enriched with data from across the entire open web. This creates a private talent pool against which you can source candidates for all your roles.
When combined with Hiretual’s open web AI sourcing and imported candidates from other sources, you have a single talent pipeline that delivers the candidates you need to meet your hiring objectives.
You can also choose which channel to source from under AI Sourcing — open web, Import, or ATS/CRM.
That’s not all. We’ve also launched the following product updates:
- Blind Sourcing mode: You can toggle this on and off. When ON, it doesn’t allow users to view candidates’ pictures and names.
- Universal search box: Search for candidates, projects, and emails from anywhere within the application.
- EU enabled in location filter: You can now narrow down your search to candidates in the EU.
