Hi Hiretual fans,
On January 25, we release some major usability enhancements to our candidate list and candidate profile pages, all of which are aimed at creating greater efficiencies for all users. Here is a brief description of all of the enhancements you will notice when you log in today!
Candidate List View:
When you view your candidate list, all recruiting activities associated with that candidate now appear on the lefthand side of the screen. This includes views, projects, and engagement history. The good fit / not a fit buttons have been made more descriptive as well.
You will also notice that the search bar has been relocated from the left panel to the top of the screen to create more real estate for the information in the candidate list.
You now have more options for sorting your candidate lists – best match, title relevance, skill relevance, and date added to the project.
Candidate Profile View:
The candidate profile page has also received several enhancements. When viewing a candidate’s detailed profile, you can now easily move to the next candidate in your list, move to the previous candidate, move the candidate to the next stage in the hiring process, or mark the candidate as not a fit and select a disqualification reason. All directly from the candidate’s detailed profile page.
You can also now access a complete activity history with the candidate from the new Activities tab within the candidate profile page. All candidate data remains on the Details tab, and all user data is on the Activities tab. This includes projects the candidate belongs to, notes, tags, and all engagement activity.
We hope you enjoy the enhancements! As always, we want to hear from you. What can we do to make Hiretual even better? Please feel free to reach out and let us know.
